The New Enterprise PD2110 Differential Refractometer is the a laser based differential refractometer which uses
680 nm. laser with temperature control chamber that operates from 4 to 50 ° C providing
the option for biological analysis at sub-ambient temperatures. The future of the system is designed to support
additional detectors including Lightscattering , UV, Viscometry detectors.

Enterprise PD2100 Differential Refractometer
Enterprise PD2100 Differential Refractometer is a new type of refractometer with optics specifically designed to operate with single wavelength laser light, the
standard wavelength of light is 680 nm. other wavelengths are available upon request. The unit can be used for off-line measurements and is provided with software
for easy analysis and can be linked to an auto sampler for fast easy through-put. When the detector is combined with GPC/SEC system it can used for online
analysis, and when combined with our Discovery32 software UV/RI ratios can also be obtained to eliminate empirical errors.
The system is designed with a thermoelectric heater cooling system using our unique convection oven system allowing other detectors to
be combined inside the oven to provide full characterization of macromolecules.
Calibration:
The system is calibrated optically to provide accurate dn/dc calculations and can be validated on site with our internal standard calibration kit.
Electro Optics:
Uses a new style 3 dimensional positioning meter for the ultimate in reliability and linearity.
Sensitivity:
Comes for the unique electro optic design producing almost noise free signal levels for nanogram detection.

This detector can be added to any GPC/HPLC system for normal RI detection and with its full temperature control capabilities it can be used with Proteins, Polymers
and volatile solvents like Methylene Chloride (Dichloromenthane)
The "PD2100 Inside"configuration couples the PD2020 + within the optical chamber Enterprise PD2100 Differential Refractometer.
The "PD2100 Inside" configuration offers improved long term
stability, accuracy and reproducibility and a means of virtually
eliminating any band-broadening effects by placing only a few
centimeters of tubing between the detectors.
