Enterprise PD2100 Differential Refractometer Enterprise PD2100 Differential Refractometer is a new type of refractometer with optics specifically designed to operate with single wavelength laser light, the standard wavelength of light is 680 nm. other wavelengths are available upon request. The unit can be used for off-line measurements and is provided with software for easy analysis and can be linked to an auto sampler for fast easy through-put. When the detector is combined with GPC/SEC system it can used for online analysis, and when combined with our Discovery32 software UV/RI ratios can also be obtained to eliminate empirical errors. The system is designed with a thermoelectric heater cooling system using our unique convection oven system allowing other detectors to be combined inside the oven to provide full characterization of macromolecules. | |
